How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95, or free when you spend £40 or more.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 working days. Busy seasonal periods and remote locations can take longer.
Where is my order dispatched from?
Our launch range is fulfilled from UK-held stock.
Will I receive tracking?
Where tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch.
Products
Do you make every product?
No. Hollow Flame is a curated retailer. We select products from established suppliers rather than pretending every candle was hand-poured in a mysterious cottage by moonlight.
Are all products made in the UK?
No. Some qualifying products are made in Britain and will be clearly identified on their product pages. Other products are imported. We would rather tell you the truth than slap a tiny Union Jack on everything.
Are colours and finishes exact?
Natural materials and handmade or batch-produced items can vary slightly. Screens also display colours differently, so minor variation is normal.
Returns
Can I return an unwanted item?
Usually, yes. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and read our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. Keep the product and packaging until we confirm what to do next.
