Standard UK delivery costs £3.95. Delivery is free when you spend £40 or more.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch. Please allow approximately 3–7 working days in total.
During busy periods, particularly October to December, dispatch can take a little longer. We will show any significant delays on the website where possible.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send the details by email after dispatch.
Multiple items
Items ordered together will normally arrive together. Occasionally an order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Where we deliver
Our launch delivery service is focused on the United Kingdom. Some remote areas and islands may take longer or require a different delivery service.
